Returns & Refunds
Returning an item should be simple. Contact our customer service team and we will arrange a courier to collect the parcel from your address.
How to start a return
Pack the item
Carefully pack the item you wish to return. Whenever possible, keep the original packaging and original tags.
We arrange the courier
Our team will arrange collection. The courier will come to the address agreed with you. You do not pay the return shipping cost.
Refund
Once the returned item is received and checked, we will initiate the refund. The final posting time may depend on your payment method and bank.
Return conditions
To help us process your return quickly, please keep the item in appropriate condition.
- The item should not be worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
- Original tags and accompanying packaging should be preserved whenever possible.
- Please provide the information requested by customer service so we can identify your order.
- If the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please tell us when requesting the return.
Need another size or colour?
Tell our customer service team when requesting the return. Availability of another size or colour depends on current stock.
We currently do not have a physical store, so returns or exchanges cannot be completed in store.
Right to withdraw
Your statutory rights relating to distance purchases remain unaffected. Where applicable, consumers may exercise the right to withdraw from a distance contract within the legally prescribed period without providing a reason.
