Promotional Code Terms
Kristine Fox may offer promotional codes, benefits for Kristine Fox Club members and partner codes. These terms explain how codes can be used, when they are valid and how they affect prices, returns and refunds.
1. General
A promotional code provides a benefit subject to the conditions of the relevant promotion. It may provide a percentage discount, fixed discount or another clearly stated benefit.
These terms apply together with any specific conditions communicated for a particular campaign, including validity dates, minimum order values, eligible products and discount levels.
A promotional code is not a payment method, has no standalone cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Where codes can be used
Kristine Fox promotional, Club and partner codes are intended for online purchases on the Kristine Fox website unless a particular promotion expressly states otherwise.
Enter the code in the designated field in your bag or at checkout before payment is completed.
The discount should be visible before you confirm payment. If a code is not accepted or the discount is not shown, contact customer service before completing your purchase.
3. How to use a code
Apply the code
The system checks whether the code is valid and whether your order meets its conditions.
Check the discount
Before payment, make sure the correct discount is shown in your order total.
Complete your purchase
After successful card payment, the code and benefit are recorded with the order.
4. Promotion value and conditions
The value or percentage of a discount is determined separately for each promotion.
A promotion may require a minimum order value, apply only to selected products, categories or collections, or exclude particular products.
Where no minimum order value is stated, these general terms do not create an additional minimum spend.
A code cannot normally be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been successfully completed unless Kristine Fox expressly agrees otherwise.
5. Validity period
A promotional code may have a start date and expiry date and cannot be used after it has expired.
Where no public expiry date is stated, a code may remain valid while the relevant promotion is active or until it is deactivated in accordance with these terms.
An expired code does not create a right to a replacement code unless Kristine Fox expressly decides otherwise.
6. Kristine Fox Club codes
A Kristine Fox Club member may receive a unique promotional code as part of an active Club benefit. Where the stated Club benefit is 5%, the code reduces the applicable item value by 5% subject to the conditions of that promotion.
A Club code is intended for single use. Once it has been used with a successfully completed order, it is treated as redeemed unless Kristine Fox expressly approves reactivation.
A unique Club code should not be publicly published, sold or distributed for unauthorised repeated use.
7. Partner codes
Kristine Fox may work with partners, creators, influencers or promoters who receive an individual partner code.
A partner code may provide the customer with the discount assigned to that partner. Unlike a single-use Club code, an active partner code may be used across multiple orders and by different customers unless a campaign states otherwise.
Use of a partner code may be recorded with the order for correct discount and partner-programme calculations.
Partner commission is a business arrangement between Kristine Fox and the partner and is separate from the customer discount.
8. Partner commission
Where a partner programme includes commission, it is calculated according to the conditions agreed with the relevant partner.
Where the agreed commission is 5%, the calculation basis is the amount actually paid for merchandise after discounts, excluding delivery costs, unless otherwise agreed with the partner.
If an order is fully or partially refunded, the relevant partner sale and commission may be reduced or reversed accordingly.
Partner commission does not create an additional customer discount.
9. Combining codes
Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one promotional, Club or partner code may be used per order.
Codes do not automatically stack or combine with another code.
A code may apply to sale products or other active promotions only where the relevant campaign permits it.
10. Returns of discounted items
Using a promotional code does not reduce any return rights or other rights available under our sales terms and applicable mandatory law.
When an item is returned, the refund is based on the amount actually paid for that item after the discount, together with any additional amounts required by mandatory law.
Where a percentage discount applies to several products, the benefit may be allocated across the products to determine the amount actually paid for each item.
The value of the discount itself is not a separate cash entitlement and is not refunded in addition to the amount actually paid.
11. Codes after a return
Returning one or more items does not automatically reactivate a redeemed single-use Club or other single-use promotional code.
A partner code intended for repeated use may remain available for future orders while the promotion remains active.
If you believe there is a specific reason why a single-use code should be restored, contact customer service and we can review the case.
12. Cancelled orders
If an order is not successfully completed or card payment is not confirmed, the code should not normally be treated as redeemed. Contact customer service if a technical issue causes otherwise.
If Kristine Fox cancels a paid order because we cannot fulfil it, we may reactivate a single-use code or provide an appropriate replacement benefit after reviewing the case.
A code will not be restored where an order was cancelled because of code abuse, breach of promotion conditions or other unauthorised activity.
13. Invalid codes and technical issues
A code may be rejected because it has been entered incorrectly, expired, already redeemed, deactivated or because the order does not meet the promotion conditions.
If you believe a code should work, contact customer service before completing the order.
A technical error that unintentionally displays a benefit clearly inconsistent with the published conditions does not create a right to exploit that error.
14. Misuse
Unauthorised generation, copying, automated use or attempted repeated redemption of single-use codes is not permitted.
Kristine Fox may reject a benefit, deactivate a code or stop an order where there are reasonable indications of fraud, technical abuse, unauthorised sharing of a single-use code or another breach of the promotion conditions.
This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that exist independently of a promotional code.
15. Changes or withdrawal of a promotion
Kristine Fox may change, suspend or end a promotion where required because a campaign has ended, availability changes, a technical problem occurs, misuse is identified or another legitimate business reason exists.
A change will not retrospectively remove a correctly applied discount from a successfully completed order unless action is justified by fraud, misuse, an obvious error or applicable law.
16. Privacy
Information about the use of a promotional, Club or partner code may be associated with an order to calculate discounts, prevent unauthorised use and administer the relevant programme.

17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our promotions, Club programme, partner programme or applicable requirements.
For an order already completed, the promotion conditions in effect when the code was redeemed apply unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
