Our customer service team provides support before, during and after your purchase.

You can contact us about products, sizing, availability, orders, card payments, delivery, returns, refunds and promotional codes.

For an existing order, please include your order number so we can locate it more quickly.

Orders and payments

If your question concerns an order or card payment, send us your order number and a brief description of the issue.

For your security, never send us your full card number, card security code, PIN or other sensitive card information by email, telephone or message.

Delivery

If you need information about a delivery, provide your order number so we can review the available information.

If there is a problem or significant delay, our team will investigate and contact the courier where necessary.

Returns and refunds

To start a return, contact our customer service team. Kristine Fox arranges courier collection from an agreed address and covers the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item has been received and the return approved, the refund is initiated to the card or original payment method used for the order.

For a voluntary return, the item should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have its original tags attached, without limiting any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply.

Promotional codes

If a promotional, Club or partner code does not work as expected, contact us before completing your purchase.

Send us the code you are trying to use and, where possible, details of the products in your bag so we can check the promotion conditions.
