What can I do to get my watch repaired?
If your watch needs to be repaired, please contact us . Our customer service team is happy to help you make sure you receive details to send out your watch for repair.
To help you in the best way possible, please make sure that:
- Your watch is still within the 2-year warranty
- Your watch has not been previously repaired by an unauthorized repair center
What to do if my puffer jacket loses its puff?
Has your puffer jacket gone a bit flat? Here are our best tips for keeping your puffer jacket puffy:
- Do not use fabric softener, which can weigh down the inner fibers or feathers.
- Wash on the gentle setting with cold water and a mild detergent.
- When tumble drying, use the warm setting and add a few clean tennis balls to the dryer drum – this will help puff the jacket up.
- When airdrying, dry your jacket on a flat surface on a drying rack.
- Shake it regularly and turn it over to separate and distribute the feathers in the tubes as they dry.
Note: Do not position it next to a heat source.

What metal is your jewellery/watches made of?
We use 316L stainless steel in our watches and jewellery. 316L is considered hypoallergenic and does not tarnish or rust. It is hypoallergenic but not 100% nickel free, which makes it unsuitable for people with nickel allergies. Like most other stainless steel, it contains 8-10.5% nickel.
What leather do you use in your products?
Unless otherwise stated, all leather products are 100% bovine leather.
What to do if an item is out of stock:
If an item, or the size of the item you are interested in, is out of stock, simply click on the NOTIFY ME button displayed, and you will receive an email as soon as it is available.
What is the warranty on my watch?
Your watch is warranted by Movado*. You can find more details on the warranty booklet you’ve received with your watch. If you don’t have the booklet anymore, please click here to see the warranty details.
*Please note that the warranty does not cover analog batteries, straps, bracelets, crystals, or any other spare part of the watch.
