E-Gift Cards
E-Gift cards are digital vouchers sent via email and can be used exclusively on our website.

Buying an E-Gift card

Returning an E-Gift card
An E-Gift card can be returned within 14 days, and only in unused condition. You can visit our T&Cs for more information around returns, here. (T&Cs)

E-Gift Cards
When placing an order, you can use your E-Gift card as a payment method. Please keep the following in mind:

  • To check the balance of your gift card, you can use the button above this FAQ.All you need is your card number and unique pin code
  • To place an order, you can choose gift card as a payment method
  • To use the gift card as a payment method, you’ll need the card-number and the unique pin code If the order amount exceeds the value of your gift card, you’ll need to finalize the order by using a credit card
  • Keep your gift card close. If you decide to return any of the items, a refund will be placed back on your gift card

Delivery Timeframe

If a promo code or voucher is not working:
Try the code on another item. Not all items may be eligible
Check if your promo code is still valid. Expired promo codes cannot be replaced

If the promo code is not working for different reasons, contact us , and customer service team will assist you further.
